Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Partner Marketing Manager Consultant to collaborate with our client's key stakeholders to deliver a multitude of marketing programs from re-branding, content management and event program management. The candidate will have experience in executing strategic plans across geographic regions, aligning program plans with revenue objectives and market opportunities. The Partner Marketing Manager will interact with internal stakeholders as well as channel/alliance partners to plan marketing strategies and programs on both a local and global basis.
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned channel marketing professional with extensive experience in channel/partner marketing programs management, including events. In addition to alliance marketing experience, this position requires strong strategic thinking, a results orientation, and a detailed focus on project management and great editing/writing skills. Strong interpersonal/communications skills are required, as this position requires much collaboration with internal teams in addition to external partner and channel teams. Seeking an upbeat, social, collaborative consultant who delivers results within a matrixed environment.
Specific responsibilities:
Drive partner marketing program development and execution
Internal:
Attend weekly cross company collaboration product launch/release meetings; represent partners� interests
Drive strategy/planning from a partner perspective
Review/approve all partner content for internal events: agenda, session content/curriculum, meetings, communications
Manage all internal communications about the Partner Program (messaging, content and presence) including newsletters, emails, webinars, Powerpoint presentations for internal education, process documentation to support Channel Operations activities, etc.
External:
Manage all forms of communications to partners
Act as supporting contact for partners� senior leadership teams
Partner marketing/sales enablement: Sales tools, advertising, website content, collateral development, training
Review/edit all rebranded partner-facing collateral content ensuring messaging/positioning is on point
Manage externally facing partner marketing presence: Partner pages on the corporate website, Partner Program brochures, videos, overviews, case studies
Partner event support: Tradeshows, conferences, seminars/webinars website content, social media engagement and PR planning
Support new partner recruitment processes, including content development
Partner marketing operations: Portal administration, MDF/budgeting/invoicing, new partner certification process
Skills:
5-8 years� experience in channel marketing, partner marketing or business development with joint marketing focus marketing experience for at least one b2b enterprise software or hardware company
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines; ability to manage and implement a wide variety of marketing programs
Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Demonstrated skill for driving results across global teams in a matrixed environment
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Word), GoogleDrive (a.k.a. GoogleDocs)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua, Zendesk is a plus
Must submit partner/channel-centric writing samples to be considered for interviewing
