International Consulting Group Marketing (www.icgmarcom.com), located in Silicon Valley, is seeking a well-qualified Communications Program Management Consultant for our leading High Tech client.
Onsite at Client HQ � with some offsite flexibility. Silicon Valley/ South S.F. Bay Area.
Work Schedule / Employment Status: Full-time Consultant.
Consultant pay as a w-2 is D.O.E.
Description: The Communications Program Management Consultant will apply a global approach to drive the mode, type, and frequency of communications to maximize communications to sales, field and partner teams. The primary team consists of e-Tail/Retail, corporate.com and channel routes to markets. This communications role is responsible for managing and implementing the internal and external communications for a B2C and B2B Senior EVP, as well as select members of the field leadership team. This function also supports the ad-hoc communications needs of sales leadership on a global level.
MUST HAVE:
� 10-plus years high tech corporate experience developing, managing and delivering communications programs using a wide range of online/offline communication vehicles, i.e., briefing documents, collateral, emails, industry analyst briefings, newsletters, presentations, social media, videos, etc.
� Proven track record with rigorous program management with highly matrixed cross functional teams, executives, and their highly professional and polished representation
� Capability to manage and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that addresses the needs of WW field audiences, and measures the success of key communications initiatives and deliverables
� Provide communications support to senior leaders on strategic cross-functional projects
� Establish and maintain innovative communications mechanisms and channels to engage internal teams, channel partners, resellers and industry influencers
� Identify opportunities for greater organizational visibility through public relations, analyst relations, industry relationships, and social networking
�Collaborate with key business partners in Sales Enablement, Global Marketing Organization, Sales Operations, Digital Media and others to ensure the value proposition is consistently and effectively represented in all audiences
� Drive functional meetings and main stage presentation content for annual Worldwide Sales Conference
� Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills as demonstrated by previous work experience, as well as relevant writing and content samples
� Communications experience supporting a Mid-size and/or Enterprise Company�s global field organization a plus
� Light domestic travel may be required
� BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field. MBA a plus
