The Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development is responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Includes over site of developing, aligning, and retaining referrals from market physicians and referring hospitals for primary service lines. Identify target markets and be very familiar with hospital operations, language, and key roles. Facilitate the retention of physician relationships, referring hospital relationships and community relationships. Responsibilities include growth of new service line business and other hospital-specific sales responsibilities while serving as an extension of hospital leadership. The company is receptive to people who are familiar and want to relocate back to Texas.
