[KITlist] Inside Sales Representative (Mountain View, CA)

Do you want to fundamentally change the way companies manage their data storage in virtual environments? We�re a pre-IPO Silicon Valley company with great customers, a phenomenal team, and a constantly evolving product that we hold up to high standards. Furthermore, our company is backed by leading venture investors that are committed to our success. We are seeking a high caliber sales representative that is interested in a lucrative career in technology sales. This candidate must be highly motivated to sell on the phone everyday with a �hunter� and partnering mentality. We have a multi-faceted sales territory model however it still requires daily phone prospecting along with calls to reseller and strategic partners.

Objective: To sell Gridstore�s unique and powerful storage product line into the mid-tier to enterprise market in the Western United States territory. Start date is as soon as possible.

Required Skills:

1. Ability to understand our solution, benefits and competitive advantages.
2. Ability to find and schedule 2+ qualified appointments a day.
3. Experience with Saleforce.com application is necessary.
4. Multi-tasking is a must.
5. Candidate must possess a high level of confidence which can be conveyed during a telephone conversation.
6. Must have a competitive nature and want to work diligently to become the #1 sales rep in our company.
7. Must possess solid people skills, an unbelievable work ethic and a positive attitude.
8. Have experience ramping and selling with reseller partners.
9. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written format.
10. 5+ years inside sales experience in a technology company required, helpful if its in storage but not necessary.
