Part-Time Lead Generator Position with Naviga Business Services Staffing/Search firm- Virtual

Position: Lead Generator (Contract Base)
Location: Virtual/Remote
Scope of Project:
• Pursue passive candidates via outbound calling
• Increase candidate pipeline through referrals
•Create a superior candidate experience and rapport that generates interest, and persuades them to take the next step in the interview process
•Work directly with Naviga’s leadership team to strategize and create sourcing plans to generate additional leads that achieve the best ROI
•Collaborate on a weekly basis with your direct report, the CEO/Founder of Naviga, to discuss production focus and success.
•Track candidates via our CRM system and capture key data points
•Clear, concise and consistent follow up via e-mail, and phone
Requirements:
• Experience and successful track record of high-volume/high-growth cold calling
• Show stopping communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks at the same time, organized and detail oriented
• Must be professional and self-motivated
