As a Sr. Marketing Communications Manager, you are responsible for developing, executing and measuring a strategic, integrated marketing communications program that aligns to the overarching brand and marketing strategy for the company�s B2B audience. As a key member of the corporate marketing team, you will liaise with all core marketing discipline teams (Content Strategists, Creative Services, PR, Demand Generation Digital marketing, PR/Social Media.) as well as other relevant internal business partners and C-suite to develop programs and activities that support the overall plan. This position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage company���s events, sponsorships, webinars and collateral
Work closely with Demand Gen team to develop marketing programs and activities to support marketing priorities and key objectives Develop, write and execute online ads and campaigns, as well as web email marketing content
Collateral management: Proofing/editing data sheets, brochures, backgrounders, case studies, display graphics for trade shows
Manage evaluation and reporting of performance statistics and overall project traction and key metrics
Help to drive online marketing programs, banner advertising, white paper postings, splash pages, inquiry/survey forms and search terms
Manage website update/refresh processes
Requirements:
Bachelor�s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of marketing communications experience for tech related companies
Extensive experience writing marketing and web copy for all channels � print, Web, digital
Marketing content development, copywriting and strong editing experience
Strong program management experience and organizational skills
Experienced manager who has worked at a PR or creative services agency is a plus, as well as managing vendors with a demonstrated understanding of core production processes
Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities and project/program management skills
Track record of taking projects from inception to successful execution
Must have marketing strategy and campaign measurement experience
Strong experience with web content, e-blasts, print and digital production and have managed graphic designers
Must have strong initiative, adaptability and focused attention to detail
Strong collaborator but also works well independently with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Capacity to prioritize effectively and remain deadline-driven
High standards of excellence; desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced communications environment
Ability to challenge existing assumptions, to develop innovative strategies and solutions and execute new initiatives
Location: Cupertino, CA.
