The Sage Group is looking for a Customer Marketing Program Manager to work with our client, a marketing automation software company, on several high profile customer programs and events. In this role you will be part of the team that oversees a dynamic online customer community, user groups, sales references, marketing references, customer-facing conferences, and customer award programs.
Responsibilities include:
Support projects related to our client's 2015 Marketing User Conference. While there are vendors and internal team members already working on speakers, a customer communications calendar, and registration, you will focus on the customer awards component of the event and other high-touch initiatives.
Assist with online and offline components of a new executive program for CMOs nationwide. You will work with the events team on roadshows and will be responsible for developing an online forum and content to engage users.
Assist with miscellaneous customer advocacy projects.

Skills Required:
5-7 years creating and managing marketing events and programs that are customer facing, preferably in a b2b tech environment.
Experience working closely with a sales organization and prior experience running executive programs is highly desirable.
Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and comfortable with organizational change.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience collaborating with senior stakeholders is a must.
