We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Project Manager to manage execution of global campaigns for a large high tech company based in San Jose. CA. The Campaign Project Manager will own the execution and coordination required to develop and roll out worldwide integrated marketing campaigns.
This is a 6 month (extensions possible), 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities
• End to end project management of global integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage project team meetings and ensure effective program communications
• Manage project plan in excel
• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, quality and consistency of project deliverables
• Manage campaign assets on sales/partner portals and internal content repositories
• Synthesize data from various reporting tools, to create dashboards and run reports to provide meaningful insights regarding performance and results
• Use Eloqua and Salesforce.com to ascertain campaign performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience in a global high technology marketing team
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong coordination, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Prior usage of Eloqua/Marketo (or other marketing automation tools), Salesforce.com and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Pro-active. Ability to take ideas/feedback and turn into action.
• BS Degree
