Lendmark operates over 100 branch locations throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Delaware.
 
Job Summary:
Provides servicing support to the branch network.
 
Competencies:
• Efficiently and accurately handles system related "help desk" tickets for the branch network
• Responsible for ensuring all customer complaints for the company are handled and resolved in an efficient and timely manner utilizing our complaint management software; must ensure all supporting documents are received and stored in the evidence locker for audit/compliance reviews
• Responsible for "administrative" duties for pending and current repossessions. Includes assigning out to an approved agent; follow- up to ensure unit is picked up in a timely manner; ensure all pre and post repossession notices are sent in accordance with state laws; tracking and approving of final sales and ensuring checks are received and titles are sent in a timely manner
• Maintaining an accurate file manifest for the accounts being transferred into branch 22
• Processing charge off transactions on all 180 day delinquent accounts
• Processing paid out contracts and releasing liens in a timely manner
• Posting bankrupt trustee payments accurately according to the confirmed plan
• Posting all other payments accurately
• Proper documentation of all correspondence, return mail, bankrupt notifications in our loan servicing system
• Filing
• Answering the phone and handling customer inquires
• Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or comparable education or related training
• 3 - 5 years consumer finance or related experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Above average computer skills; ability to multi task
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
