Job Title: Client Service Associate

Customer Service Associates play an integral role in providing excellent customer service to our client's organizations. This role requires strong computer and prioritization skills and has heavy administrative tasks. In addition, customer service associate must be able to develop solutions and recommendations to address client specify requirements. Successful candidate will be client-service oriented, effective problem solver and excel at teamwork.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage membership database and maintain membership information (application status, member list, contact list, etc.) as required

• Monitor and respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, web forum, etc.

• Administer member IDs and passwords for secure access to Workgroup collaboration platform

• Create and maintain internal/external email lists for communications to all members and workgroups

• Create membership ad hoc reports when requested

• Provide professional service to client requests

• Provide training for clients on using Inventures portal

• Delight customers

• Manage and complete Special projects as needed

• Administer Certification programs for Clients

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs to include excel

• Demonstrated customer service experience/focus

• Database management experience

• Previous experience managing website content

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education Work Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited college/university

• 3-5 years relevant professional experience or internship preferred

• Practical agency or non-profit experience a plus
