Client Engagement Manager – Online/mobile Web-Tillster, Inc.

What We're Looking For:

TILLSTER seeks a highly qualified Client Engagement Project Manager to take the lead role in managing one or more projects involving extensive external and internal client engagement; coordination and scheduling of people and other resources; and, closely tracking and reporting project progress against client expectations and delivery schedules.

This is a highly visible role requiring interaction across all internal functional and project related resources; and, direct day-to-day client interaction. This position offers opportunities to project manage US domestic and/or international projects with significant room for growth as the Company expands.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manage TILLSTER cross functional team responsible for pilot deliverables.


• Develop and manage pilot schedules, scope, change management and outcome variances.

• Identify and mitigate pilot project risks by developing solutions by drawing upon appropriate TILLSTER resources

• Manages a portfolio of concurrent TILLSTER customer projects of varying sizes and complexity.

• Works with Executive Sponsor and core team to develop and document customer engagement project plans and ensure understanding, alignment, and buy-in regarding expectations.

• Leads the project from inception through completion, ensuring all project milestones are met and that the project is delivered on schedule with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Authors and manages the project plan inclusive of project resource coordination

• Drives cross-functional team deliverables, schedules, hitting target milestones, and managing assigned projects according to plan

• Facilitates the development of shared project goals and milestones (deliverables and schedule)

• Maintains all project plans and documentation on an ongoing basis.

• Ensures advance preparation for all project meetings, as well as appropriate follow-up ( e.g. prepare agendas, ensure pre-reads are available, promptly complete meeting minutes, organize and archive materials.

• Develops and implements tools and processes which support the achievement of project goals, as well as timely and effective communication of progress and challenges to all stakeholders

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

• Communicates with Executive Team members as appropriate to flag project concerns and personnel or resource issues and seek guidance on resolution.

• Leads post-mortems on all projects and incorporates learning into future projects and tools

• Engage with clients as necessary to develop deliverables, communicate status and set expectations.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and coordinate with the sales team to scope the specific requirements

• Other duties as directed or required.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience managing large online and mobile projects

• 3-5 years of client engagement project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business or related field

• Proven ability to effectively scope and document requirements

• Strong working knowledge of implementation methodologies, operations, and technologies.

• Working knowledge with at least one of the following business areas:
o Retail Point of Sales
o Restaurant Operations
o Call Center/Customer Service
o Business Analytics

• Combination of business experience, technical project management skills, and a willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and get involved in project details

• Team player who will work within the company to continue improving the way TILLSTER serves its customers

• Experience using Project Management Tools including MS Project( 2007, 2003), MS Visio, MS Excel, Salesforce CRM.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage within the scope of a given project

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Ability to balance working remotely and onsite

• Ability to measure implementation success by pre-defined customer criteria

• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally within TILLSTER

• Ability to travel to on an as needed basis

ABILITY TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL UP TO 40% MAY BE REQUIRED.
