Remedy Business Analyst
A Roanoke client is in need of a Business Analyst to come in help them to turn their current Remedy system into a “World Class” problem management tool. They are currently only using Incident Management but want to take advantage of the full suite of products (Asset Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management). The BA will be tasked with analyzing the current state and recommending the business processes needed to get them where they need to go.
Required Tasks:
· Work with team to best understand current utilization of Remedy ITSM and implement new processes for better use of the tool
· Analyze system and determine configurations to match customer business needs while leveraging ITSM technologies.
· Gather and map customer data to new ITSM models
· Work with existing developers, engineers and admins to implement Remedy ITSM across newly acquired IT group
· Process improvement, configuration, analysis and implementation of Remedy ITSM Suite
