Hi All,
We are looking for a powerpoint expert for a part time contract role at a company in Petaluma, CA. The role will focus on the production of powerpoint presentations for the executive team. Working with marketing managers, and the graphic artist, this contractor will be responsible for the review, editing, and branding of executive level presentations. Must have expert-level powerpoint skills.
This is a 20 hours per week, 3 month project (with possible extensions) 1 day per week onsite at the client's offices in Petaluma, CA. There is flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Build powerpoint presentations, based upon content/first drafts received from executives and marketing managers
• Build in PowerPoint animation, PowerPoint charts, Keep file size low for easy sharing, create graphics within powerpoint – tables, images, shapes
• Presentations to be worked on include analyst presentation, executive briefings, and other executive communications
• Meet tight deadlines and work within changing priorities
Requirements:
• 2+ years of presentation creation experience, in corporate environment
• Expert level powerpoint skillset
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment; flexible in meeting deadlines and urgent requests
• Bachelor���s degree or equivalent required
