Contract duration: expected to be a long term contract

• Provide change management and training support
• Develop and maintain change management plans and training schedules
• Work with cross functional adoption and change management teams to develop training collateral (VODs, Powerpoint presentations, FAQ, Quick Reference Guides etc.)
• Draft and distribute change management communications (newsletters, announcements etc.)
• Update Webex Social CEC webpages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present training content to large audiences and effectively manage Q&A
• Ability to understand both the "big picture" of program strategy/objectives and detailed tool capabilities
• Excellent track record in developing, managing and executing Change Management and Training plans for Field Sales, Finance, Operations and other functions
