Delivered from Intermedia's secure datacenters, these services include hosted Microsoft Exchange email, VoIP telephony, instant messaging, file collaboration, IAM, backup, and more. The company continues to innovate new solutions for the SMB market, and has grown its user base at an annual compounded rate of 31% over the last four years.
The job
- Grow our top customers using your well-honed relationship-building skills and sales prowess.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive responsibility in Cloud IT or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrable success meeting and exceeding up-sell and cross-sell sales goals with SMB customers
- Value-based selling skills – ability to demonstrate ROI and high-value add to customers
- Ability to work in highly dynamic, fast paced working environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
- Effective communications skills with cross-functional teams to assure a "Worry-Free Experience" to your customers
- Expertise with Salesforce or other CRM tool
- 4-year college degree
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Lync, IP PBX systems, mobility solutions, web hosting and other services offered by Intermedia preferred.
- Some technical background a plus.
