As a result of our continued growth, The Royster Group is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to partner with the Program Managers and Human Resources Managers to hire top talent for our various clients.

 

Job Summary

 

The Junior Recruiter will recruit healthcare professionals throughout the US and Hawaii. The recruiter will create strategies to source the highest quality Physicians, Nursing and Ancillary professionals. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and directing candidates to the Program Manager for immediate openings.

 

Responsibilities:

•             Identifying and sourcing healthcare professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to cold calling, job boards, referrals, and networking.

•             Match qualified candidates to opportunities according to our client’s positions and staffing needs.

•             Ensure minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly, and monthly as set forth by management.

•             Responsible for ensuring candidate information is capture in our internal database.

 

Requirements

•             Bachelor’s Degree required

•             Must be very well organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•             1-3 years recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting highly desirable)

•             Must have the ability to work as a self starter and with a team

•             Must have strong communication skills to present openly to a team

•             Knowledge and experience with an ATS (applicant tracking software)
