We are looking an individual who has some experience in Operations and Supply Chain, and looking to expand that experience and knowledge as a long term career objective. In this position you will be responsible for supporting our operations team, managing product supply, customer commitments and delivery of our revolutionary Pet Tech (IoT) product. You will manage tasks and opportunities as an individual contributor, but also manage the contract manufacturers and distributors related to procurement, delivery and quality expectations. This is an intermediate level position with the opportunity to grow into a senior level.
Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:
• Work with all aspects within Operations related to delivery of product to customer requirements.
• Coordination of Contract Electronics Manufactures (CEM's) activities related to manufacturing the correct product quantities, mix and revision to meet demand and operational goals.
• Coordination of distribution centers for on time product shipment and delivery to customers.
• Order Tracking from receipt through Fulfillment.
• Manage and limit inventory obsolescence while balancing product cost and quality.
• Provide office support related to indirect purchasing.
Requirements:
Two to four year's experience in an operational role related to either, Demand Planning, Procurement or Distribution. A four year degree in Business, Finance or Electro Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
