Marketing Project Manager
The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our Marketers that Matter (MTM) Program (www.marketersthatmatter.com). Sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, MTM is a consortium of the top Bay Area marketing executives including CEOs and CMOs from Virgin America, Google, Nest, Uber, Intuit, Clif Bar, Adobe, Wells Fargo, LinkedIn, Sephora, AirBnB, YouTube and many others.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate who can execute a spectrum of marketing activities. From execution of our MTM membership offering to driving applications to implementing private events, this is a role for someone who likes a variety of tasks and knows how to stay organized and focused with many concurrent deliverables and activities.

Responsibilities Include:
Execute and oversee the Marketers that Matter® (MTM) annual program.
Create detailed work plan and budget and provide day-to-day execution of the plan.
Setup and maintain systems and processes to effectively manage 20-40 Corporate Members.
Responsible for engaging small and large companies in applying for MTM awards.
Facilitate the annual awards evaluation process.
Create personalized email communications to the MTM community.
Provide ongoing project management for content creation efforts.
Effectively plan and implement all MTM events (7-10 annually).
Create and implement integrated communications plan and review analytics for efficacy.
Maintain the MTM website and create digital and printed collateral.
Provide oversight of key agency relationships, partners, and vendors.
Work with senior executives to define the annual MTM program.
Provide marketing support for The Sage Group (TSG).
Maintain and refresh TSG brand including website and all collateral.
Execute and oversee TSG social media strategy including detailed content calendar.
Prepare marketing communications/campaigns to support the sales team.
Oversee planning and event logistics for consultant engagement program and internal events.
Create leave-behinds and drop-off goodies for sales team to utilize.
Identify award opportunities for Sage and its employees and complete award submissions.
5-7+ years of marketing program management experience with a proven track record working at a tactical level within a start-up and/or small company.
Demonstrated success executing creative marketing and social media tactics with limited budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong experience writing and editing copy.
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at one time.
Self-starter with exceptional follow-through.
Interest in being part of the growth of a small company.
Prior experience managing sales and/or marketing events.
Strong MS 2010 skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills Required:
5-7+ years of marketing program management experience with a proven track record working at a tactical level within a start-up and/or small company.
Demonstrated success executing creative marketing and social media tactics with limited budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong experience writing and editing copy.
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at one time.
