MARKETING DIGITIZATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Our Financial Services Client in San Francisco, CA is seeking Marketing Digitization Program Coordinator to effectively organize and manage lean cross-work stream through complex LOB transformation and in alignment with Marketing Centers of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will support ongoing efforts to progress the strategic agenda (i.e., business case refinement, program governance, strategic communications and socialization, strategic planning and prioritization, financial forecasting and planning).
Experience Needed
Deep experience leading large-scale programs at the LOB and Enterprise levels
Extensive knowledge and experience of Financial Services, Digital Marketing, and strategic program leadership best practices, including active engagements in multiple largescale digital marketing transformations
Best practices and techniques to lead and operate large-scale programs in an efficient manner
Contribute to Marketing Digitization Initiative 10+ years Financial Services experience and direct experience and best practices in structuring, leading, and executing upon large-scale, strategic initiatives
Facilitate and participate in strategic planning and program management sessions as needed
Support Marketing Digitization Leadership and core stakeholders in activities that may include preparation for key activities/meetings such as: Initiative Leadership meetings, Initiative Funding Request Process, Marketing Digitization and digitizing the Enterprise Steering Committees as needed
Roles and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Digitization PMO Leadership
Help drive Marketing Digitization Leadership and core stakeholders in activities that may include the following:
Prepare for key activities/meetings such as: Initiative Leadership meetings, Initiative Funding
Request Process, Marketing Digitization and digitizing the Enterprise Steering Committees o Build effective partnerships with stakeholders throughout Marketing Digitization initiative and across organization to drive cross-program collaboration and alignment
Participate in strategic planning and program management sessions
Serve as logistics point of contact for Marketing Digitization PMO
Plan for, facilitation of relevant discussion, and creation of relevant presentations and documentation that may address the following:
Management of funding recommendations and expense forecasting/tracking to support the overall initiative ongoing budgeting and operational planning process
Key meetings and response to ongoing and ad hoc requests from stakeholders that may include: Digitizing the Enterprise (DTE) Leadership, Marketing Leadership or other key audiences
Create documentation of tactical planning and implementation for Marketing Digitization capability work streams
Execution of cross program roadmap and implementation plans
Creation, refinement, socialization, and/or management of the key program organization documentation and governance routines that may include:
Program organizational chart and visual timeline o Integrated cross-work stream program timelines
Best practice initiative templates (e.g., capability briefs, stand up agendas) o Cadence for risk/issue escalation o Cadence for strategic communications
Identification and tracking of dependencies across the program
Supporting Management Activities
Delivery of Financial Services (including Retail, Consumer Lending, Wealth Management), Digital Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Change Management experience and expertise and project management best practices (surrounding the design and implementation of new products services)
Creation of presentations and other tools for executive and stakeholder communications and presentations, including strategic communications as well as stakeholder buy-in and issue management
Facilitation of standing and ad hoc meetings critical to executive and stakeholder strategic decision making and ongoing initiative management
Delivery of large-scale program strategic guidance and execution, governance model, and management routines at the program and work stream levels
Timing: Start ASAP
Duration: 6 - 9 Month Contract, with possibility to extend longer
