Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Global Event Keynote Manager for our technology client in Santa Clara. The Global Event Keynote Manager will be a core driver to elevating our client's position and marketing perceptions through their global event keynotes. In this role, you will ensure successful planning, oversight and execution of our client's keynote presence and program at their annual user conference in May (9,000 expected attendees).

Responsibilities



Working with key executive leadership execute on the overall keynote experience and program framework and goals. Assist with agenda development and manage show flow to overall stage experience and asset development

Manage all Keynote event program needs: Master production schedule, budget management, speaker management/briefing, executive scheduling/rehearsals, reporting and resourcing/staffing needs

Manage the creation of a comprehensive bill of materials for each keynote event program: includes presentations, demos, load in/load out and opening/supporting video content, and on-site video capture/production requirements

Work with content subject matter experts and executive leadership to provide innovative, best in class keynote presentations and demos for a variety of audiences

Own the plan to broaden our Keynote program reach through live stream experience, the community and social media outreach

Write keynote and speaker abstracts for use across a variety of digital and print event deliverables.

Act as the subject matter expert for all things keynote

Act as the primary point of contact both internally and with global production agencies to ensure a consistent and modern event Keynote experience. Act as on-site event production manager who calls the show flow for all keynote events

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years successful and innovative live stage event program experience, in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment for complex large sized events across different attendee types

Proven talent managing high-visibility live stage event programs working directly with executive leadership and content subject matter experts

Has been the driver extending the reach and voice of an event program through both digital and social channels

Self-starter, with excellent execution track record and superior project management skills

Must thrive on teamwork, being a strong team player and working across virtual teams

Must be able to juggle multiple-programs simultaneously, within agreed deadlines and budgets

Ability to build over optimize in terms of process and best practices

Stellar program development and management skills

Excellent and clear communication and writing skills a requirement

Creative thinker, open to idea exploration with strong problem solving skills

RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
