We are looking for an Event Project specialist for a global high tech company. The Events Project Specialist will be responsible for managing speakers and presentations for multiple worldwide conferences. Responsibilities include securing speakers, managing presentation timelines, scheduling dry run, managing speaker gifts and post events reporting/metrics tracking.

This is a 40 hr/week; 9 month role (extensions likely) in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Securing speakers for multiple worldwide conference

• Managing speaker presentations, timelines, and reviews

• Budget management; reporting analysis

Requirements:

• Interest in event management

• Good communication and ability to work with many external executives/customers

• Collaborative, high energy, ability to learn, and extreme attention to detail; flawless execution

• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

• Bachelors degree
