Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Part time Sponsor Experience Program Lead for a project based assignment with one of our high tech clients in San Francisco, CA. The Sponsor Experience Program Lead will provide support until the client's conference in the beginning of October 2016 and continue on through the conference's postmortem phase, ending mid-October to late October.
Our ideal consultant is a highly motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner teams to successfully manage a strategic sponsorship program that meets the conference program and revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience in the design, development, deployment and measurement of sponsorship programs. The candidate must manage to a set strategy and timeline for all sponsorship program components. Most importantly, the candidate must be able to work with a diverse group of personalities and have the ability to lead discussions in a large group setting of cross functional team members. Finally, an individual with great mentorship skills and the openness to guide supporting team members is desired.
Responsibilities:
Review of current assets that brands want and where your audiences will embrace partners
Evaluation of sponsorship levels and packages to reflect market needs and industry trends
Streamline internal resources to maximize revenue and partner satisfaction
Fine tune existing sponsorship packages and pricing
Deploy and update existing prospectus for new year
Main point of contact for program and overall team lead of Crawford Group Team
Keep open communications through Confluence pages and as needed touch base with stakeholder lead and partner managers based on sales
Attend and represent the sponsor program in all core team meetings and any associated assigned meetings
Develop measurement program, including sponsor session survey program development, measurement for all related sponsorship activations.
Position Requirements:
At least five years event experience, with demonstrated expertise in sponsorship management
Understanding and use of on-line sponsor resource tools
A good understanding of the enterprise cloud services technology space preferred but not required
Ability to interact directly with customers and partners
Strong verbal, organizational and time management skills
Professional maturity with a positive can-do vibe
Nimble and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and problem solve on the fly
Bachelor's Degree with Marketing, Business Administration or similar required
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group
LOCATION: Onsite at clients' office in San Francisco as needed for meetings, remainder offsite/virtual/WFH/telecommute. Local, S.F. Bay area applicants only, please. No phone calls.
HOURS/DURATION: Part time 20 hours/week; ASAP – mid October 2016.
