[KITlist] Customer Success Story Manager (San Jose, CA)

We are looking for marketing manager to manage the customer reference program for a global storage solutions company in San Jose, CA. The Customer Success Story manager will be responsible for end to end process of identifying customers, writing the customer success story, managing the video production and process management through marketing and legal reviews of all customer success stories.

This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month role (extensions likely) onsite in San Jose, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and marketing to identify customers for the success stories

• Interview customers

• Create written customer success stories

• Develop video script/interviews; manage production of video success stories

• Manage process of marketing and legal reviews of success stories with the client and the customer

• Provide social media marketing, and webinars to promote the success stories

Requirements:

• 4 + years in high tech PR or outbound marketing communications teams

• 2 + years experience creating external facing customer success assets (video, stories)

• Ability to listen to and interview customers

• Strong project management skills

• Proven, writing skills and communication skills

• Preferred, experience with Enterprise Storage or Data Center Infrastructure solutions

• Approximately 10% travel in the US, to manage customer video interviews
