Channel Impact is seeking a junior level Channel Operations resource to help our high tech client with Partner On-Boarding and Sales Operations. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn how to on-board partners and support channel sales. This is an ideal role for someone who someone who is looking to grow their career and expand their skills. The ideal candidate will have a winning, positive can-do attitude and a commitment to do their best every time!

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

What you will be doing:

Helping our client to on-board new partners in to their Partner Program

Reviewing applications in the client's Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system

Managing applications as they work their way through the approval cycle

Interfacing with the Channel Account Managers in the regions to review the applications

Providing on-line support to Partners needing help with the application process, password reset, etc.

Managing deal registration overflow as needed

Supporting the sales quoting process overflow work as needed

The winning candidates will have:

BA or BS in Business or Finance

1-3 years of experience working with SFDC, CRM/PRM

Basic Excel skills

A fantastic attitude. Consciences. Pays attention to details
