Overview
Provide support services to the Client Delivery Manager while meeting resource, financial and business objectives pertaining to the recruitment function. Utilize best practices to enhance productivity and quality. Develop and/or implement strategic & comprehensive recruitment strategy. Maintain a high morale and develop highly skilled people.
Specific Accountabilities
Manage day to day operations to meet required SLAs
Articulate performance metrics internally/externally; as well as horizontally/vertically
Balance workload of Recruiters to effectively meet demand
Address escalated client issues from Recruiters and Recruiter Associates/Coordinators
Ensure measurements are in place and consistently utilized to monitor customer satisfaction
Implement Business Process Improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in recruitment
Manage the development of and improvement to new methods, process, and techniques
Provide formalized training/mentoring and assimilation plans of new team members
Ongoing coaching and performance management including career pathing support for team and holding others accountable for performance
Ensure people programs and policies are implemented (learning, performance management, salary and incentive administration, etc.)
Manage special projects and initiatives for specific client accounts and internal Hewitt as needed
Ensure efficient and consistent operations and contract compliance through audits
Advises Client Delivery Manager of audit exposures and customer satisfaction issues
Conducts weekly reviews with recruiters (and client, if applicable) to ensure consistent quality customer service
Facilitates reporting responsibilities/communications (i.e., Open Requisition Report; Applicant Flow Report, etc.) in partnership with the Client Service Delivery Manager
Interface with the implementation team to facilitate transitions within the account in partnership with the Client Service Delivery Manager
Develop and recommend creative sourcing strategies and establish regular meeting dates with the Recruitment Specialist and Recruiter Associate for updates.
Manage team portfolio and workbenches to the appropriate Key Performance Indicators by developing an effective sourcing strategies and managing to the requisition management guidelines
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing delivery of service
Ensure timely turnaround on escalations, client incurring and updates
Develop and maintain proactively relationships with client partners
Qualifications
BS or BA or equivalent work experience
3-5 years Recruitment Management and/or Operations Management
HR experience desired
Previous people management experience
Client facing experience
Recruitment experience required
PHR/SPHR preferred
Recruitment Knowledge (industry specific or related knowledge/experience)
General knowledge of employment law
Knowledge of metrics
Proficient in recruitment techniques and strategies
Applicant tracking experience
Strong conflict resolution skills
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite
Consultative approach to problem solving preferred
Professional office environment
Computer work, phone
Virtual management of team
Client Facing
Ability to support recruiting work effort
