Software Developer
• Maintains and improves the design and architecture of products.
• Works with both customers and existing product definitions to help define requirements and specifications.
• Designs and implements new functionality and tools per specifications.
• Designs and develops robust and scalable software architecture
• Maintains and modifies existing applications independently or as a member of a small team.
• Reviews unit tests code changes prior to code submission.
• Evaluate and adapt to evolving technology and use that technology in the product.
• Identifies risk and develops solutions
• Provides other duties as assigned.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff members
• In Depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development is a plus
• Knowledge of CAD systems and/or PLM software, CATIA V5, CAA RADE, FLEX packages is preferred.
• Knowledge of C++ and Java
• Familiarity with multiple IDC's for development debugging preferred.
