We are hiring a range of experience levels and desired skill sets, but all development positions require strong cross platform (server side) C++ development skills and an interest in automation and systems management in the virtual datacenter.
Software Engineers ( 3-5 years of experience is ideal for this role) (Candidates having background in either WMI or MMC would be a plus. Local Candidates Please
Basic Skill Requirements:
· Proven ability to develop high quality, multi-threaded system software in C++ on Linux
· U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Desired skills (one or more required)
· Familiarity with leading server hypervisors including VMware vSphere, open source Xen, Citrix XenServer, Red Hat KVM or Microsoft Hyper-V
· Familiarity with hypervisor management tools such as VMware vCenter Server, Citrix Xen Essentials or Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager
· Familiarity with Amazon EC2
· Developing software utilizing at least one of the above hypervisor APIs
· Developing web services (both server and client side)
· Developing REST-based services
· Development of Flex-based user interfaces
· Developing tools for interacting with the Windows registry
· Developing high quality, multi-threaded system software in C++ on Windows
· Experience in managing virtual infrastructure
· Experience developing data center automation tools
