We are hiring for:
BARTENDERS/SERVERS --- should be able to work days, nights, and weekend. Must be pleasant, professional, and have a passion for providing top notch service. Must also be proficient at up-selling/suggestive selling (liquor, wine, appetizers, desserts, etc.) Previous serving experience required. Wine service experience required. Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails a plus.
SOUS CHEF --- in addition to cooking, the sous chef will be responsible for expediting; advising inventory needs/placing orders; and working with the chef and owners on menu development/improvement. Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine/flavors a plus, though not a requirement.
LINE COOK/PREP PERSON --- should be able to work days, nights, and weekends. Must have good knife skills, experience on grill and sauté, a sense of urgency, be organized and clean in the kitchen, and able to keep food waste to a minimum. Previous experience required.
DISHWASHERS -- looking for a reliable and punctual person with experience.
BUSSER -- looking for a reliable and punctual person with experience.
