Multi-Media Designer
Silicon Valley

The Multimedia Designer will play an integral part in the aesthetics of numerous marketing programs. This role will be responsible for producing unique designs, stunning layouts, striking motion graphics, and interactive experiences for marketing initiatives including websites, emails, events, brand awareness, online advertising, collateral, GUIs, and much more.

Responsibilities: Produce deliverables that communicate the necessary information in a clear, concise, and compelling way. Participate in concept development, design ideation, and execution of design solutions that support strategic business programs and marketing initiatives. Develop production work – flowing content into templates, etc. Design/Edit Flash or After Effect animations for Events. Create web designs, banners, print assets, and outbound/direct marketing pieces.

Requirements: BA Degree required. Must have 3+ years as a designer. Authority on all Adobe CS Design applications (PSD, AI, INDD, FLA including a familiarity with Actionscript).
Must be expert in typography, layout, color, and contemporary design trends, as well as proficiency in print layout, processes, formats, and preparing mechanicals.

Proven experience designing online and email assets with a thorough understanding of development limitations, cross-browser functionalities, and web standards. Sophisticated aesthetic sensibilities with the ability to receive constructive criticism and design direction and implement changes as needed. Ability to adapt and learn new skills as necessary to get the project done
Aptitude with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro a big plus. HTML/CSS experience a plus.
