Title: Marketing Program Manager (Channel Partner)

Experis is looking for a Channel Partner Marketing Manager with the following skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Channel Partner Marketing Manager in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience providing operational support for all partner marketing needs, campaign assets, pay-to-play full-service marketing activities and the ability to create self-managed event registration pages.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Partner Marketing Central platform and provide continuous support for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track, log and prioritize requested features for system enhancements
- Track and resolve partner and internal escalations
- Work closely with vendors to ensure submitted escalations are being resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Partner Marketing team on usability enhancements
- Lead / Participate in weekly calls with internal Theater Leads, Vendor Account Managers and/or internal Campaign Owners
- Test new feature enhancements and defect resolutions provided by vendors
- Manage the creation process and posting of self-service campaigns
- Ensure Theater Leads provide opt-in/opt-out feedback for new campaign submissions or campaign updates.
- Quality check files and content ready to be posted
- Train new campaign owners on the Campaign Upload process
- Proactively provide feedback and direction on campaign assets received (if needed)
- Create/Build/Prepare campaign landing pages and assets within the tool for theater review and approval
- Ensure feedback and approval is received from Theater Leads to set campaigns live
- Monitor and execute any revisions/updates to the campaign landing pages and assets
- Provide monthly and quarterly Usage Metrics
- Export monthly reports to customize reporting as needed per stakeholder group. Reports include:
