Hello:
HCL Technologies is looking for Jr. Recruiters with around 2 years experience overall to work from our Chennai office for US based recruitment process.
Freshers with some exposure and desire to learn new technologies are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
-Finds matching resumes by screening Job board, postings in Job Boards, Social Media networks, sourcing through candidate Referrals and through preferred vendors.
-Prepares sourcing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
-Updates Technology knowledge/terminologies by reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations/groups.
-Must be ambitious, have strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
-Be a fast learner with strong problem solving skills
-Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication
-Positive & winning attitude
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to understand and effectively communicate at all management levels.
Skills/Qualifications:
-Recruiting, Building Relationships, People Skills, Initiative, Verbal Communication, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills.
-1 to 3 Yrs. of US Recruitment Experience.
-People with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree are preferred.
