Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to take your career to the next level? We have a
great opportunity for you to play a key role on the Marketing Team for Tria's largest region, North
America. Tria Beauty is looking for an Associate Online Marketing Manager with responsibility for
day-to-day, hands-on development and implementation across Tria's portfolio of performance
marketing channels, including email, SEM, SEO, display, affiliates and online storefronts. The
associate marketing manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
to deliver best-in-class online campaigns and to continually track, analyze and optimize results.
Based at our global headquarters in the Bay Area, this role will also help to spearhead online
global strategies and best practices.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years online marketing experience, superior quantitative
skills and the drive to grow our business. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have
excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record for delivering projects
on time and with excellence.
Responsibilities include:
• Hands-on coordination and implementation of online marketing campaigns, including
optimizing creative, landing pages, ad copy and targeting
• Develop test-learn-scale plans and apply data driven techniques to optimize
performance, including: frequency, messaging and offer testing, creative/content iteration
and segmentation/targeting
• Provide day-to-day agency direction to ensure online channels track to ROI goals
• Create in-depth reports and drive analysis with a continuous focus on identifying
opportunities to increase efficiency in marketing spend
• Proactively seek out channel growth opportunities while solving campaign performance
issues
• Write and maintain marketing plans, calendaring documents and creative briefs
• Innovate and develop best practices for online customer acquisition to drive optimal
performance
A successful candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
• 2+ years of online marketing in an e-commerce-based business. Experience in two or
more fields such as email, SEO/SEM, Affiliates, Display/Retargeting, Social,
Content/Creative Creation a plus.
• Strong skills with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) with the ability to determine
key business insights based on analytics reporting
• Detail-oriented, organized, excels at prioritizing, managing deliverables and timelines
across internal cross-functional teams and external agency partners
• Superior communication and problem solving skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Desire to learn and grow in an industry-leading e-commerce company
• BA/BS degree
• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, have excellent analytic and
communication skills with a proven track record of program growth and optimization
