Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Specialist to work as part of our clients´ Global Marketing Corporate Communications team. This centralized team provides global marketing communications expertise, planning and execution support for Cisco solutions and services. The IMC Specialist for Collaboration Services will work directly with the Collaboration and Services marketing communications and Services marketing teams to execute marketing communications plans in support of Cisco Services. The IMC Specialist will partner with IMC Managers to project manage the marketing mix for Services offers and messaging into multiple Services marketing communications plans and initiatives. Specific responsibilities may include: Marcom plans, measurements tracking and reporting, assets messaging and copy development, orchestrating analyst and PR plan elements, digital/social content development, sales and partner enablement and training production, event planning, customer case study development, SEO/SEM execution, and external vendor/agency management. Ability to write copy and an attention to detail across assets and activities is critical.

Responsibilities:

* Experience at writing value-centric messaging and copy
* Familiarity with integrating marketing content for the web, collateral, video and social media
* Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive at building relationships across teams to problem-solve
* Able to juggle multiple projects and manage input from multiple MarCom leads
* Flexible outlook on how to get things done; looks for ways to bring synergy to divergent goals, and overall alignment to corporate priorities
* Experience and familiarity with the value of brand guidelines and compliance; able to manage corporate content review process in partnership with brand team
* Experience with marketing content for the web, collateral, video and events and familiarity in working with associated teams
* Skilled at working through complexity; comfortable making recommendations with only part of the necessary information
* Experience working with demanding or challenging clients and requirements; ability to insert expectations for a productive team dynamic
* Skilled with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Competence with basic web design, navigation, and linking concepts
* Familiarity with networking technology and industry a plus

Skills:

* Typically requires BA/BS in Marketing Communications or related field plus 4-6 years of relevant marketing communications strategy
* Project management experience in the development of marketing collateral, messaging, campaign integration, brand compliance and audience targeting
* Proven success working in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and virtual teams
* Must be comfortable working independently to problem solve and self-motivated to create new engagements with functional teams
* Have a proven ability to drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment; must also be flexible and adaptable to a process that may evolve every six months
* Proven experience in engaging and developing collaborative relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
* Good listener and able to influence key stakeholders
* Ability to prioritize simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Rate: $D.O.E. per week, as w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)

Location: 20% work remote and 80% on-site at client's office in San Jose, CA.

Hours/duration: Full-time; July 15, 2013 through December 6, 2013
