Job Description

Our favorite client is a pre-IPO video adtech company monetizing video for Publishers and Advertisers and they are hiring! Their technology powers both the network and industry-leading platform. The Company's network aggregates content from premium publishers providing reach, brand safety, contextual relevance and controlled syndication across all platforms including pc, mobile, and Internet TV. They are a privately held company based in the SF Bay area and backed by top funders in the space.
Great opportunity to build out their programmatic division, currently adding the 3rd member of this team to head up East Coast Sales as one of only two reps in the US. If the ideal candidate performs in 6-8 months they will be asked to build out a team. The East coast territory is the one with the most potential and the most opportunity.
Selling to publishers and partners, agency trading desks, you know the drill. This person gets the exposure of selling to a very wide audience in the space and mixing with the players in the industry. Name brand company with the opportunity to build cutting edge adtech within that stable org as a founding member of this team.

Up to a $115K base and 75% bonus to start as an individual contributor and then build a team.

Job duties:
Own the full cycle sales of the network and technology to 3rd party ad sources (Pubs, Networks, Trading desks)
Work with cutting edge programmatic technology
Pitch and persuade
Exceed quotas within a given territory
Work with internal teams cross functionally to ensure campaign success
Represent the company at industry events
Proactively drive marketing efforts
Have a deep understanding of an organizations needs and functionality and the ability to navigate through all levels of an organization

Desired Skills & Experience

Track record of exceeding quotas and being a contender
4+ years of industry experience in a quota carrying, revenue generating role.
Experience with networks and DSP's in video
Ability to travel
Bachelor's degree or above
Killer references
