Resources Recruiting Manager

Alorica - Kennesaw, GA (Greater Atlanta Area)

Job Description

- Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to determine hiring requirements, job descriptions and effective hiring strategies.

- Supervise the daily activities of the Recruiting team members to ensure recruiting goals are being achieved.

- Oversee a high volume recruiting department requiring 50-75 hires per week.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow to support high volume hiring.

- Knowledge and use of resume database tools and social networking tools like Facebook and LinkedIn for candidates sourcing.

- Manage all advertising placement and candidate sourcing strategies.

- Oversee Recruiting Department operations to ensure daily activity metrics are met and Human Resources compliance requirements are maintained.

- Manage Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) documentation for all requisitions and applicant records.

- Assist with other HR and Recruiting project duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Management or a related field of study.

- 3-5 years professional recruiting experience.

- 2 years in a supervisory capacity

- Must be familiar with a variety of the recruiting practices, procedures, and tools.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
