Manager Compensation
Location: Boston, MA
Salary & bonus

The Compensation manager will be responsible for supporting the HR and Compensation and function by leveraging their expert in depth knowledge in the area of sales commission programs, as well as compensation administration and benchmarking.

• Develop, implement, and administer sales commission incentive programs
• Resolve commission/incentive reconciliation issues
• Manage regular maintenance of sales commission program throughout the year
• Assist with the research, development and administration of all company compensation strategies, programs, policies and practices
• Propose salary structures for new and existing roles
• Review salary recommendations for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
• Assist with benchmarking reviews of key positions, includes new and existing roles
• Assist with regular analytic review of the company's compensation achievement against strategy
• Participation in the management and administration of the company's annual review cycle

Requirements
• 5-7 years of work experience in a related field: Compensation, Finance, Sales commission planning/ administration
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel preferred
• Deep analytical and problem solving skills
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information
• Works well with latitude for independent judgment
• Provides solutions to issues utilizing judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
