Global Financial Services Company is looking for an experienced, analytical Online Marketing Acquisition Manager with experience in exponentially growing a high-quality customer base. Must be a fast learner, have experience in contract negotiation, a large rolodex of contacts and be a team player.
This individual would be responsible for building, growing and optimizing online marketing programs from the ground up (Affiliate, display, mobile, local search, etc) in order to acquire new customers and increase retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Day to day management of the online marketing programs, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals and reporting.
 Tracking, measuring and reporting online marketing performance on a regular basis
 Communicating online marketing strategies and tactics to colleagues and senior
leadership.
 Sourcing and recommending new online marketing opportunities and technologies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
 A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience building ROI – focused, online
marketing programs
 Extensive experience in affiliate marketing, social media, display and mobile
advertising.
 Must have a deep understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, a/b and MTV testing,
and Analyze and identify what drives conversions.
 Possess both, a creative and analytical mind and strong interpersonal and
communication skills.
 Experience working in a cross-functional team and interact with IT, Marketing, as well
as other teams within the company
DESIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
 Experience with data intelligence software such as Site Catalyst, Hitwise, etc.
 Experience with tracking software such as Hitwise or the like
 A/B software such as Adobe Test & Target
 Mid to Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
 Experience with a CMS system
