The Sage Group is looking for a Sr. Business Data analytics Leader, Small Business Retail and Telesales for a Small Business Channel Marketing Group located on the Peninsula. This position will be responsible for being the subject matter expert on retail sales performance and developing valuable insights to drive new innovation within the company´s go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the channel marketing team to identify new area to experiment in to drive better results and accelerate customer and consumer learning.
- Be responsible for developing best-in-class analytic tools and operating mechanisms for the retail and telesales team to drive insights and learning.
- Engage with senior business leaders across Intuit and present insights and recommendations on winning strategies across channels.
- Build higher-level business insight on cause-and-effect through analytics and statistical modeling, plus measure/forecast progress of various marketing strategies against goals.
- Thrive on high dimensional and fast moving real-time data across paid retail, telesales, and attach offerings to create business impacting findings.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 7-10 years experience managing marketing performance optimization, unit and sales performance, and experiment metrics
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context, and implications to business partners
- Analytical and detail-oriented mind-set with an eye for details
- Ability to mentor and coach analysts and broader team members
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SAS/SPSS/R; Experience with SQL, other databases preferred
- Outstanding team player and coach with a client partnership mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Undergraduate degree a must.
Skills Preferred:
- MBA or Masters in Business or an Engineering discipline preferred
