What You'll Do

 

As a technical recruiter at Fiserv, you will play a lead role in managing the recruiting and hiring programs for technical staffing needs within one or more of our growing businesses, and your primary deliverables will include:

 

  • Recruiting for ~70-100 positions/year while managing an average workload of ~15-20 requisitions

 

  • Engaging with TA management to regularly review progress against open jobs and staffing initiatives

 

  • Relying on data to help inform the decisions of you and your hiring managers, and to proactively address staffing challenges with evidence-based innovative thinking and sustainable solutions  

This role carries the high-visibility accountability of ensuring we have the right people in the right jobs at the right time. In support of that goal, your primary responsibilities include leading the development of creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies for assigned requisitions; engaging with sourcing partners as needed; consulting with managers throughout the hiring process; presenting a diverse slate of pre-qualified candidates along with thorough candidate assessments; implementing robust and process-driven selection methodologies; and managing the offer and closing process, often in partnership with compensation, HRBPs and hiring managers.

 

 

 

Who You Are – You Will Have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

 

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing and full lifecycle technical recruitment within corporate and agency/RPO environments

 

  • Ability to partner with organizational leadership

 

  • Proficiency using a complex ATS,

 

  • Intermediate-level expertise with MS Excel for data analysis

 

  • Working knowledge of SLAs, staffing metrics, and the capability to monitor your own performance against our standards

 

  • Prior experience recruiting on a national, multi-site scale with remote hiring managers

 

  • A passion for recruiting - an innate thrill for the search; a desire to exceed goals; a knack for thinking on your feet and solving problems.

 

Nice to Haves

 

  • Advanced degree

 

  • Prior experience studying computer programming, or working in a technical job

 

  • Experience working in a Fortune 500 organization with multiple businesses and complex organizational structure
