Account Manager (Advertising/Sr. AE level) True Action – San Francisco

Responsibilities:

Adverting with traditional and multi-channel interactive experience required

• Responsible for daily client communications and coordination of the development and execution of a national marketing platform and communications campaign.
• Ultimately accountable to the Client for (and accordingly contribute to) the development of workable budgets, plans and timetables.
• Oversee that work is within scope and budget.
• Manage broad assignments on a day-to-day basis ensuring smooth workflow with relevant Agency personnel.
• Anticipate Client´s needs and work flow to ensure adequate Agency timelines and responsiveness.
• Maintain daily contact with junior/mid-level Client to monitor and maintain work for effective results.
• Ensure that creative products are strategically sound and the Agency's best work.
• Review (and ensure that Senior Agency Team members review) all creative work and materials before Client presentations.
• Present effective Agency point-of-views and recommendations both orally and written.
• Actively involve team members in relevant communications, brainstorming, and solutions.
• Provide point-of-view (POV) summaries for industry topics, best practices or new online marketing opportunities
Requirements:
• Traditional and Interactive backgrounds preferred
• Solid project management skills
• Identify opportunities in the market place to solidify and expand client visibility and profitability
• Seek opportunities to grow the business, and cross-sell services based on client needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required
• Superior leadership skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
• BA/BS degree
• 3-5 years of account management experience
• Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent worker and a self-starter
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
