The Sage Group is looking for a Cross Credit Customer Experience and Innovation Manager to work for a well-funded, high growth nationwide, diversified, community-based financial services company with $1.4 trillion in assets. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering a cohesive customer-centric cross-credit experience through of the use of both off-line and online banker platforms. This is a senior level position which will provide strategic and operational leadership in the development of innovative programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and manage the process, tools and capabilities for building and deploying cross-credit innovations that deliver advice guidance, education and overall customer experience.
- Develop a customer experience roadmap of cross-credit solutions.
- Manage consumer insights and consumer research to support value proposition development, naming and superior customer experience roadmap.
- Financial analysis skills including business case developments and results measurement.
- Test unconventional marketing channels, including building online/offline communities, events, partnerships, and any other creative ideas.
- Partner with LOBs and other cross-functional teams.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of credit experience and deep understanding of consumers´ borrowing and financial needs.
- Deep understanding of their technology platforms and how to leverage platforms to build cross-credit solutions
- Prior management experience including development of a newly formed team
- A respected business partner who adds value to a broader team
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; posessess a strong work ethic
- Exceptional partnership and collaboration skill
- 4 year degree required. MBA strongly prefered
