The Sage Group is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to work for a large bank in San Francisco. This person will work within Consumer Credit Solutions and will partner with different lines of business to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that effectively drive growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Understand current digital marketing capabilities and work cross-functionally to develop business strategies that drive new targeting and personalization opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to lead the implementation of instant pre-qualify programs in digital channels across consumer credit products.
- Identify and implement tagging and tracking needs to improve targeting and business insights.
- Develop programs to help grow the marketable base for email address and mobile for consumer credit.
- Look for opportunities to improve the quality of lead capture information to grow marketable base for online and digital channels.
- Ensure that emerging channels like mobile and social have been fully assessed and integrated during the development and implementation of new digital marketing capabilities.
- Support new product offerings by ensuring they are fully integrated with new online marketing capabilities.
- Conduct an assessment of existing online marketing capabilities and propose cost-saving opportunities to increase efficiencies to the overall marketing operation.
Skills Required:
- 6+ years marketing experience with strong online marketing program management expertise
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and analysis
- Ability to measure campaign success with a drive for optimizing results
- Experience using email and online advertising to drive cross sell of new and existing products
- Confidence and presence to represent marketing teams both strategically and tactically to different lines of business
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on experience using analytics to drive creative problem-solving and identify new opportunities
- Strong project management skills with ability to keep a team focused on key milestones
Skills Preferred:
- Prior experience with credit marketing
