Need a solid Java TECH LEAD developer who will manage 10-12 developers sitting in various locations within USA (Must have excellent communication skills)

Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of 10-12 developers (onsite/offshore model)
· Excel in project management methodologies, planning & scheduling. Role involves extensive coordination and documentation skills.
· Responsible for assisting in customization and development of back-end application systems.
· Designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements.
· Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture.
· Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture.
Absolute MUST HAVE'S for this role
1. 8 + years of background in Java J2ee development and OO programming and patterns.
2. Min 5 years' experience working as a TECH LEAD (Not Architect)
3. Knowledge and experience with Spring MVC framework.
4. Must have Web Services exp..
5. SOAP UI/REST/Hibernate
6. Agile/Waterfall/ incremental software development and Business Analysis practices.
7. RECENT financial/investment banking experience (Like BOA/JMPC/WELLS/AIG/MetLife Investments/ Charles Schwab etc. ) – Min 3 years
