Will be a  part of the HR Analytics & Technology Solutions Group within our Financial group. This position will do the following:

 

1.            Provide consulting & business analysis support for requested changes or projects and support day-to-day items as needed.

2.            Manage functional requirements by documenting current processes, analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best solution using fit/gap analysis if needed.

3.            Develop functional specifications including process maps, functional design, data models and test plans for items requiring technical review and development.  Act as a liaison between technical team and business areas.

4.            Liaise with the different teams including change management, training, etc. to ensure a seamless customer experience from request to post-deployment.

5.            Conduct/Co-ordinate the various testing cycles such as systems integration, regression, performance and user acceptance.

6.            Apply HR Change Management methodologies and processes to all changes.  Work collaboratively on projects with the 3rd Party Suppliers, Technology teams and Change Management areas to develop, support & deliver business solutions.

7.            Identify continuous improvements/alternative solutions and make recommendations that are operationally and technically feasible whilst understanding the risks and impact of requests.

 

 

Qualifications

1.            Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in HR, advanced degree a plus.

2.            Experience/ Expertise in PeopleSoft modules (such as Core HR, North American Payroll, Time & Labor, TAM, CG, ESS, MSS, etc.) version 9.0 forward.

3.            3-5 years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and one or more HR functions.

4.            Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft query or other MI tools.

5.            Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

6.            Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

7.            Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.

8.            Ability to interact with and advise the business in a non-technical capacity.

9.            Ability to support new functionality, from a sound understanding of customer needs and processes.
