Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a full time Channel Marketing Specialist consultant for our client in Santa Cruz. This job will be fulfilled by a candidate who is self-motivated/directed, positive and a resourceful problem solver. We are looking for a consultant who is web savvy and a confident and capable communicator. If you possess these skills, like to have fun and get the work done, our client is willing to train you on the daily aspects of the job and the channel marketing model.
Responsibilities:
* Directly support and manage the Channel Marketing programs and Channel Marketing systems and infrastructure
* Support the Connect Partner (web) Portal: Manage the branding and marketing of the site as well as data/asset management and organization of content on the site. Manage, edit, and create program and product content. Identify appropriate content, tag/classify it, up-load it into the portal as appropriate for partners and distributors. Requires regularly scheduled and ongoing maintenance and interaction with Sales Enablement team (Sales and Marketing cross functional teams).
* Help support a wide variety of partner enablement programs
* Support product launch initiatives for the channel including: product page updates on the partner portal, launch samples and the Digital Launch Kit website, managing rewards
* Interface with Sales and Marketing teams to help manage partner data in Salesforce.com (may include managing surveys and data entry to update important account and contact information)
* Leverage system reports and conduct internal research on systems effectiveness; create presentations/reports on results
* Help document process, procedures and training materials as new programs and functions within existing systems are created
* Communicate and coordinate with team members throughout the organization
* Program and Monthly Metrics reporting and analysis for partner usage/engagement and program ROI
* Conduct channel surveys and polls
Skills:
* 1-5 years of work experience in a business setting required
* Excellent communications skills: verbal, written, listening
* Professional confidence for interacting with people at all levels of the organization and cross functional teams
* Takes initiative / go-getter / problem-solver / quick learner. Possess the ability to take 75% of the required information and problem solve to identify the remainder, without external prompting or reminding
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and complete tasks on time
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Experience with Salesforce.com a plus (not required)
* Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
Rate: D.O.E., as a w2 consultant of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location: Primarily onsite at client offices in Santa Cruz with 1 day offsite/WFH flexibility
Hours/duration: Full time, ASAP. 4-6 months of consulting with a high potential to convert to permanent/full time employment
