About this position:
Rocket Lawyer is looking for an experienced Email Campaign Specialist to help us revolutionize the way legal services
are delivered online.
In this role, you´ll help manage all stages of the email and database marketing initiatives for our fast growth start-up, ensuring our engagement and nurture programs result in profitable, long-term relationships with our customers.
This role is perfect for a multi-skilled, self-sufficient person who is driven to deliver compelling email and database
marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to define campaign objectives and goals for each company initiative, and drive
each objective to completion
-Create and set up ad hoc, transactional, and nurture campaigns in our Marketing Automation Platform, including loading
of HTML, testing dynamic content, building segments, and scheduling for deployment
-Manage Email Communications Calendar and proactively send out email deployment alerts to company
-Pull daily and weekly reports to track the overall performance of our campaigns and provide recommendations
for campaign improvements
-Work closely with Email Developer to manage email asset repository
-Become an expert on the segmentation and dynamic capabilities of our Marketing Automation Platform, and provide
recommendations on how to leverage that technology to improve the engagement and conversion of our email programs
-Strategize with members of the Email Team to optimize campaign performance to achieve traffic and revenue metrics
including open and click rates, conversions, retention, and incremental revenue lift
-Work closely with team to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, and that all email activity is
tracked and analyzed to support ongoing optimization
Basic Qualifications:
-2-3 years of experience building successful email marketing programs in a high volume consumer web site
-Experience using an Email Service Provider or Marketing Automation Platform
-Expert in Microsoft Excel, and well-versed in Microsoft Office
-Basic understanding of HTML preferred
-Ability to think logically and critically when solving problems and considering process and platform improvements
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
