Are you a marketing operations ninja? We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and its integration with our CRM (Salesforce.com).
In this role as the Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible to launch lead nurture and online lead generation campaigns. Leverage analytics to optimize the lead funnel for higher yield, ROI measurement across each program/channel, and help support the sales organization to meet monthly sales goals. This position reports to the Director of Online Marketing and Marketing Operations and is located in Mountain View, CA.
A key to your success will be your ability to manage projects in a cross functional environment that will span a talented team of sales, marketing, customer support, web development, and creative teams.
Role & Responsibilities
* Own the marketing automation platform (Marketo) – which is the foundation of all our online marketing and lead generation activities.
* Manage & optimize campaigns/programs, lead scoring, funnel management, lead routing
* Create and deploy new programs and supporting assets – landing pages and emails.
* Define, build and deploy lead nurture and recycle programs
* In partnership with sales team develop impactful messaging for lead nurture programs
* Develop and implement process improvement identify and eliminate bottlenecks in pre and post processes that inhibit lead processing time
* Ensure alignment and consistency between SalesForce, Marketo, web app and back end product databases
Qualifications
* 5-8 years of experience in marketing of software, preferably SaaS
* Power user in Marketo, Salesforce.com & Excel
* Previous experience in lead gen or inside sales groups a plus
* Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers, fostering strong working relationships
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to create marketing assets
* BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
* MBA preferred
