B2B MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION:SANTA MONICA,CA
CONTRACT POSITION

Job Description:
The B2B Marketing Manager on the Advertiser team will be responsible for driving marketing programs and sales enablement for specific industries such as Travel and Education. He/She will also support CMO focused marketing efforts including event strategy and execution, and communications. He/She will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, PR, Media, Product Management and Finance to achieve program objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing Programs/Promotions: as part of the marketing plan focused on specific industries such as Travel and Education; develop and execute programs to accelerate or drive incremental revenue, increase market awareness thought leadership, and help educate advertisers about Yahoo search solutions.
� Work with sales, insights and strategic solutions to arm the sales teams with tools and messaging to sell our advertising products to clients within specific industries such as Travel and Education.

Event Activation: Oversee management of unique and programmatic client programs such as customer panels and forums, premium client events, industry event sponsorships, speaking sessions and client educational programs to showcase key audience and platform ad solutions.

� Work cross-functionally across the organization and with outside partners to reach goals.



Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years marketing experience, including B2B marketing experience

- Knowledge of digital advertising industry

- Must have knowledge of working closely with sales teams, creating sales collateral and working with creative teams or outside partners

- Ability to develop and manage comprehensive business-to-business marketing plans from development of plan, through execution and measurement of success on aggressive timelines

- Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to participate on cross-functional teams: including develop and manage project plans, prioritize activities

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and influential communication skills are critical

- Strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of key financial and business metrics, and the ability to apply creative insights to analytical data

- Self-starter and a team player

- Creative, high positive energy and an ability to execute

- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications
� Experience in digital advertising industry (specifically with search and display advertising)
� Business-to-business marketing experience
