Position requested is a manager level, experienced contractor on the Visa North America Digital Social Marketing team to assist the management of usa.visa.com.
Usa.visa.com is Visa's public facing consumer website that provides information on all Visa products/services/promotions. This position will work closely with Visa business owners, agency partners, and vendors to increase site traffic, user experience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
U.S. Visa.com
� Site up management: manages site maintenance and partners with Visa IT to troubleshoot issues and integrate dynamic content
� Educates Visa Business Owners on Visa.com publishing processes/guidelines and requirements
� Supports Visa Business Owners with digital expertise on all new content integration to the site
� Supports SEO and SEM optimization efforts for the site
� Supports executive dashboard and ad hoc analyses to continuously increase site traffic and user experience
� Budgets management

� Global Digital and Product Marketing Teams
� US Brand Sponsorship Marketing Team
� Global Insights, Research, Analytics

Qualifications:
� 5-7 years experience preferred, 2+ years minimum experience in website management required
� Proven success in managing corporate website with multiple stakeholders
� Interest/passion for website management and digital technologies and possess a clear understanding of current practices and upcoming trends in website development and success metrics
� Knowledge and proven success in improving site traffic and user experience
� Experience managing/directing a digital agency or Project Management role at digital agency required
� Excellent attention to detail; strong organization and time management skills
� Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with functions and regions without direct authority
� Team player, able to work on multi-part projects across teams and able to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
� Can demonstrate a track record where he/she has operated independently and efficiently managed multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
� Experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail and had a positive outcome
� Demonstrate consistency in an attitude that is motivated, creative, positive, mature, poised, and solutions-oriented with the ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and be able to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
� Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills
