We are seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager who will help shape August into the home of the Consumer. The Retail Marketing Manager will ensure that the August brand is well represented at retail, online, trade shows and sales channel events. The Retail Marketing Manager will create account level marketing plans (online/offline) to guarantee that our brand ambitions, business goals and retail brand experience are aligned.
Responsibilities
� Develop�marketing plans for August's respective (online) retailers/partners (from launch to end
of life): channel priorities and budget allocation
� Build and manage creative activities that showcase the unique value-proposition for August
in-stores to generate demand and sales with strong�ROI
� Drive share and revenue at the account level (e.g. price, shelf presence, display, features,
promotions, convenience, etc.)
� Gather consumer purchase habits by account and product and help establish a� Go-To-Market
strategy that tells the August story; In-Store, online, and�on-Ad
� Execution and tracking of all aspects of marketing programs that drive sell-thru of August
Smart Lock
� Responsible for managing timeline for creation, implementation, and optimization of channel
marketing deliverables
Requirements
� BA�or equivalent degree with Retail Marketing experience in Consumer Electronics or
creative function for a�significant�brand within the retail space
� Ability�to quickly and seamlessly move from strategic planning to building and executing tactical
plans to reach our goals.
� Excellent�written and verbal communications skills.
� Ability�to manage multiple projects, and manage competing priorities.
� Proven�analytical experience with sales, ROI calculation, trend analysis,�planograms, forecasting
